Location: Livermore, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Pay Rate: $26.50 - $28.50 per hour

Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist with harness assembly experience to inspect and test electronic assemblies, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.Responsibilities

Inspect and test cable and harness assemblies.

Troubleshoot assembly and wiring issues.

Verify products meet drawings, specifications, and BOM requirements.

Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections.

Complete First Article Inspections (FAI) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).

Conduct Out-of-Box Audits (OBA) as needed.

Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.

Support a safe, clean, and organized work environment.Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Required: Harness assembly and inspection experience.

Knowledge of electronic assembly processes.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.

Experience using hand and power tools.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $26.50 to $28.50 per hour
