A Columbus manufacturing company is hiring Forklift Operators to join its team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced forklift operator looking for a steady Monday–Friday schedule, daytime hours, and a significant pay increase upon hire-in.

Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

$18.00/hour to start

$21.50/hour upon hire-in

Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and stage materials throughout the facility.

Transport raw materials, finished products, and other materials to designated areas.

Load and unload trucks while ensuring materials are handled safely and accurately.

Maintain organized material storage and production areas.

Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Perform general warehouse and production support duties as needed.

Inspect forklift equipment and report any safety or maintenance concerns.

Previous forklift experience preferred.

Steel toed work boots or steel toed/composite shoes

Ability to safely operate a forklift in a busy manufacturing environment.

Ability to lift and move materials as required.

Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Must be safety-conscious and able to work as part of a team.
