Position Requirements

For equipment operator positions, candidates must have:

Experience operating compact skid steers

Experience establishing subgrades and performing finish grading using grading lasers

Knowledge of subgrading, finish grading, septic systems, sewer work, drainage, and water utility work

Ability to read and implement grading and site utility plans

A Massachusetts Hoisting License

A valid Massachusetts driver's license

Additional equipment experience is a plus

Experience with total stations is a plus
