Five Star Staffing is actively hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for multiple apartment communities throughout Houston and surrounding areas.

APARTMENT MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. Candidates without previous apartment industry maintenance experience will not be considered.POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Lead Maintenance Technicians

Assistant Maintenance TechniciansJOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete maintenance work orders and service requests

Perform apartment make-readies and unit turns

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance issues

Perform preventative maintenance

Maintain property appearance and curb appeal

Respond professionally to resident maintenance requests

Work with onsite management and maintenance teamsREQUIREMENTS

Previous apartment maintenance experience REQUIRED

HVAC experience required

EPA Certification preferred

Must have your own basic maintenance tools

Valid driver's license

Reliable transportation

Ability to participate in on-call rotations when required

Must be able to perform physical maintenance duties and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
