Inside Sales Representative

Job Description

Your job is to create opportunities. We use advanced AI-powered lead generation tools and run aggressive social media advertising and content campaigns, so you'll have a steady flow of prospects to work. You'll connect with homeowners, builders, business owners, and property managers, find out what they need, and hand qualified opportunities to our technical team. That team handles system design and quoting, so you can spend your time on relationships and new business. You don't need to know how to wire a speaker or design a camera system. What we need from you is drive, organization, and follow-through.Compensation:

$50,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities:

Respond quickly to leads from our AI lead generation tools and social media campaigns

Find new opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and events

Build relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and property managers who can send us repeat referrals

Meet with prospects to understand their needs, timeline, and budget

Qualify opportunities and hand them off to our technical team for design and quoting

Stay in touch with clients through the process to keep deals moving

Keep contacts, opportunities, and activity up to date in our CRM

Share feedback from the field to help improve our marketing and content

Represent Lightman Technology professionally in the community

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred

Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software

Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car

2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role

Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
