Quality Engineering & Surveying (QES) is seeking a Land Development Engineer to join our expanding engineering team.

In this role, you'll help deliver innovative land development solutions for residential, commercial, industrial, and public-sector projects. From initial concept through construction, you'll play a key role in designing infrastructure that supports growth throughout Louisiana and beyond.Responsibilities

Develop grading, drainage, utility, and roadway designs

Prepare construction plans, reports, and calculations

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies

Support project schedules, budgets, and deliverables

Contribute to successful project execution from start to finishQualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

EIT required; PE preferred

3+ years of land development experience

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
