Dove Healthcare is looking for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our beautiful, modern campus in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. This unique opportunity puts you at the helm of a 50-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, supported by a stable and successful management team.

The Opportunity

As Administrator, you'll provide overall leadership and direction for both the skilled nursing facility and assisted living residence. You'll have a meaningful impact on residents, families, employees, and the broader Eau Claire community.

Your leadership will encompass:

Financial and operational performance

Regulatory and compliance oversight

Quality improvement and clinical outcomes

Census and occupancy

Team leadership and accountability

Required Qualifications

Current Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license, or currently in the process of obtaining licensure

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or comparable healthcare experience

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop employees at various levels

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to independently assess situations and make informed decisions

Preferred Experience

Previous nursing home administrator experience

Experience overseeing skilled nursing and/or assisted living operations

A passion for developing strong teams and delivering an exceptional resident experience
