VAL-CO is a leader in commercial poultry, egg, and swine production equipment, specializing in world-famous poultry watering and feeding systems is currently looking for Full-Time Press Operator in the Coldwater, Ohio facility.

*STARTING WAGE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE; TOP OUT WAGE OF $25.83

* QUARTERLY BONUS

* PTO AND 1 FLOATING HOLIDAY upon completion of 90-day probationary period

* OPPORTUNITY FOR ADVANCEMENT IN TO SKILLED POSITIONS SUCH AS SETUP, LASER, WELDER, MACHINE ROOM, AUGER, ETC...

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines

Read and interpret basic blueprints and diagrams

Adjust machine settings to complete tasks according to specifications in a timely manner

Ensure that the machine is maintained for the highest level of productivity and quality

Perform in-process inspections on components being produced

Complete required logs and shop tracking cards

Ensure proper housekeeping and safety of designated production area

BE ABLE TO MAKE PIECE RATE

*NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED- TRAINING DONE ONSITE.
