Appointment Scheduler – Sales Full-Time Training Provided $55,000–$75,000 Annual Income Potential
No automotive experience? No problem! We're looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, is comfortable using a phone and computer, and wants an opportunity to learn and grow. We'll provide the training you need to be successful.
As an Appointment Scheduler, you'll communicate with customers by phone, text, and email to help schedule appointments with our sales team. If you're friendly, dependable, organized, and willing to learn, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
Contact customers by phone, text, and email
Help customers schedule appointments with our sales team
Follow up with customers who have contacted or visited the dealership
Respond to online customer inquiries
Keep customer information and appointment details organized
Provide a friendly and helpful customer experience
