GW Full Stack Engineer

We're looking for a full stack engineer to help build and scale the General Wisdom platform. You'll work across the entire stack: from cloud infrastructure and API design to interactive frontends, to shipping features that serve both end users and the publishers who list applications/datasets on our platform.

What You'll Work On

Designing and implementing RESTful APIs that power marketplace transactions, session management, and publisher integrations

Building responsive, accessible frontend interfaces for discovering and launching application sessions

Developing SDKs and integration tooling that third-party publishers use to connect their applications

Authoring and maintaining infrastructure as code for serverless compute, databases, and authentication services

Writing contract tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure reliability across service boundaries

Contributing to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation

Requirements:

3+ years of professional experience building and shipping web applications

Strong proficiency in at least one statically-typed backend language (Go, TypeScript, Java, Rust, C#, etc.)

Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte, or similar) and TypeScript

Familiarity with cloud-native architectures: serverless functions, managed databases, event-driven systems

Comfort working with APIs at every layer: designing OpenAPI specs, implementing handlers, and consuming endpoints from client code

Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CDK, Pulumi, or similar)

Understanding of authentication and authorization patterns (OAuth 2.0, JWT, identity providers)

A testing mindset: you write tests not because you have to, but because they let you move faster

Ability to obtain US Government security clearance

Desired Skills:

Experience with AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Cognito)

Background in marketplace or platform engineering (multi-tenant systems, metering, billing)

Familiarity with contract testing (Pact or similar) for service boundaries

Experience building developer-facing SDKs or integration tooling

Exposure to domain-driven design principles

Interest in OSINT, investigative tooling, or data analysis platforms

Government Secret Clearance
