Job Description

Altius Dental is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time General Dentist to join our established dental practice in Gilmer, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values clinical autonomy, quality patient care, and working alongside a supportive dental team.

The selected dentist will provide comprehensive general dentistry services while developing long-term relationships with patients in the Gilmer community.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions

Create and present individualized treatment plans

Provide preventive, restorative, and general dentistry services

Perform procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and other treatments within the provider’s experience and scope of practice

Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation

Educate patients regarding treatment recommendations and oral health

Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members

Follow all applicable clinical, safety, and compliance standards

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

Active Texas dental license in good standing

Current DEA registration, when applicable

Current CPR/BLS certification

Professional liability insurance

Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills

Commitment to providing ethical and high-quality dental care
