Field Project Manager

Job Description

Come work for the #1 privately held residential homebuilder in the Twin Cities area. We're looking for a field project manager that is able to effectively communicate with our trade contractors and a higher end client base. Need to be comfortable overseeing the entire operation of the construction site. This candidate should be experienced in communicating project milestones, documents, details and utilizing our technology platforms to the highest standards. We are expanding our locations around the Twin Cities area and we need more resources to manage our jobsites. You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily field operations for the communities you are assigned to

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operation of construction projects (typically between 10-20 at a time)

Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed

Communicate project progress with clients and internal staff

Manage subcontractors and construction site organization

We have centralized scheduling so you have the time to make sure the jobs are running the way they should

Qualifications:

3-5 years previous experience in carpentry or other related construction fields

Strong project management and communications skills

Ability to interpret and convey construction documents

Familiarity with regulatory construction standards

Passionate about building homes for people and families

Cares about quality and customer satisfaction
