负责长沙 FCM 板块商务与管控工作 占比 50%

Budget planning,tracking,reporting and controlling 预算编制 进度跟踪 报表输出及成本管控

FCM cost allocation in RBCC, service agreement with all value streams in RBCC 负责长沙博世 FCM 成本分摊 对接公司全价值链签订服务协议

Steering cost spending &saving measures in FCM 管控 FCM 成本支出 落地各类降本增效方案

Investment controlling 投资管控

Purchase controlling 采购管控

负责长沙 GR/FCM 板块 CST6 模块工作 占比 50%

IFM tasks 综合设施管理相关事务

Digitalization and sustainability 数字化推进与可持续发展管理

Commercial support & coordinate 商务支持与跨部门协调

Process management 流程管理

Safety topic 安全相关管理工作

Other work: Dept. assistant 其他工作 部门行政辅助

任职资格要求 Required knowledge competencies and attributes*

学历 工商管理 财务相关专业本科及以上

拥有 5 年财务或项目管理相关工作经验 具备基础沟通协调能力

拥有 3 年设施 / 安全管理相关经验 熟悉 EHS&QMM 体系基础内容

掌握 EHS&QMM 体系 工程或环境安全相关基础知识 具备成熟财务专业能力

大学英语四级 具备流利英语口语及书面读写能力
