Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in San Juan, PR.

Pay rate: $13/hr.

Shift availability: Mon – Fri, must have open availability (Business hours: 8a-9p)

Length: 7 months with potential of extension

Our ideal candidate for this Bilingual Customer Service Representative must have/must be able to:

Answer incoming phone calls from health care providers (i.e. physician offices, clinics) and identify the type of assistance the provider needs (EG. benefit and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits)

Provides customer service support to providers through live chat, to give updates on their members eligibility status or claims status and validates state specific requirements for claims and benefits processing.

Focus on resolving issues on the first call, navigating through complex computer systems to identify the status of the issue and provide appropriate response to caller

Deliver information and answer questions in a positive manner to facilitate strong relationships with providers and their staff

Complete the documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends

Education/Certification Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Experience requirements for this Bilingual Customer Service Representative position:

1+ years of related experience (office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as primary job tools

Proficient with computers

Open availability/flexibility

Bilingual: English and Spanish

Health care experience preferred

Pay Details: $13.00 per hour
