Job Description

Delta Workforce is hiring skilled Welders for a manufacturing facility in Holly Springs. This role is perfect for individuals with experience in MIG, TIG, or Stick welding who are looking for steady work with competitive pay. You’ll be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding metal components while ensuring high-quality production.

Perform metal fabrication tasks to create material handling bins according to specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical drawings.

Operate and maintain various tools and equipment, including welding machines, grinders, and cutting torches.

Ensure accuracy and precision in measurements and assembly.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and quality standards.

Inspect finished products for quality assurance.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience or vocational training in metal fabrication is a plus.

Basic understanding of welding techniques and metalworking processes.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Physical strength and stamina for lifting and carrying materials.

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
