Receptionist Position
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere. This role manages the front desk, answers phones, directs visitors, and provides clerical support to facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phones courteously, direct calls, and take accurate messages.
Welcome and direct visitors, vendors, and applicants; maintain visitor log.
Provide accurate information to residents, families, and staff as requested.
Sort and distribute mail, packages, and messages promptly.
Assist with clerical tasks such as copying, filing, and data entry.
Support survey readiness through professional conduct and accurate records.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred

Ability to lift 5--40 lbs and push wheelchairs as needed.
