As our Event Staff Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our events. Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising and coordinating event staff to ensure smooth operations.

Ensuring all staff are in the right place at the right time - showing up for scheduled shifts.

Addressing any on-site challenges with quick and effective solutions.

Maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere for both staff and guests.What We’re Looking For: Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

At least 3 years of experience in a customer service supervisory role or a related field.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

The ability to work outdoors in cold weather conditions.

Availability to work evening shifts from 4 PM to 10 PM.
