Location: West Texas & Southern New Mexico

Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor / Owner Operator

Compensation: Up to 90% of billed revenue

CDL-A Owner Operators Wanted

We are leasing on experienced CDL-A Owner Operators for steady local and regional hauling throughout West Texas and Southern New Mexico.

This opportunity is built for independent drivers who want access to consistent freight while choosing an operating arrangement that fits their business.

Depending on the equipment and insurance you already have, multiple revenue-split options are available — with Owner Operators earning up to 90% of billed revenue.

Owner Operator Pay Options

Choose the program that best fits your operation:

90/10 Split – Bring your own insurance and equipment

88/12 Split – Bring your own insurance; trailer/equipment support available

85/15 Split – Insurance and equipment support available

Specific operating terms will be reviewed with qualified Owner Operators based on equipment, insurance, and hauling requirements.

Current operations include:

Dry sand hoppers

Wet sand belly dumps

Double-box chassis

Sand and aggregate hauling

Bulk material hauling

Owner Operators with experience hauling sand, aggregate, cement, concrete products, oilfield materials, or other bulk commodities are strongly encouraged to apply.

Requirements

To be considered, Owner Operators must have:

Valid Class A CDL

Minimum 2 years of professional CDL-A driving experience

Owner Operator / independent trucking experience preferred

Clean DOT driving record

Ability to meet applicable DOT and FMCSA requirements

Ability to meet applicable insurance requirements

Reliable tractor suitable for the operation

Professional, safety-focused driving history

Ability to communicate effectively with dispatch

Independent Contractor Opportunity

This is a 1099 Owner Operator / independent contractor opportunity.

Revenue splits vary based on the operating arrangement selected, including whether you provide your own insurance and equipment or utilize available support options.
