Customer Success & Operations Coordinator Part-Time Remote

Justin Hall Consulting is hiring an international remote Customer Success & Operations Coordinator. Part-time, US$3–7 per hour depending on relevant skills and experience, with potential to grow toward full-time as business needs and fit develop. Exact schedule and weekly hours will be discussed.

Follow up on crew commitments, tasks and blockers; send proactive customer updates; keep Microsoft Teams, email and CRM records organized; gather information for technical issues, handle basic triage and escalate; track deadlines and flag risks early.

We value clear written English, dependable follow-through, attention to detail and comfort learning technical concepts. Customer support, coordination, CRM or operations experience is useful. Reliable computer and internet connection required for remote work.
