Job Description

Express Bath is hiring competitive, high-energy phone reps who know how to take control of a conversation and drive results.

This is not a receptionist role. This is not customer service.

Your job is simple: Turn inbound and outbound leads into booked in-home appointments.

What you’ll be doing:

Speaking with homeowners about bathroom remodeling

Asking the right questions to qualify the opportunity

Booking appointments for our design consultants

Following a proven script (and executing it with confidence)

Compensation:

Base + performance bonuses

Top performers are rewarded heavily

Expectations:

Full time

Weekly Pay

Hourly Pay

Monthly Bonus

Quarterly Bonus

1PM - 8PM

Monday to Friday with one weekend a month.

Potential Annual Income: $45,000 - $80,000

Requirements:

Must have a reliable transportation.

Team Oriented and Goal Driven.
