We provide full truckload solutions across dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, car hauling, dedicated, and expedited freight, with a focus on reliability, efficiency, and long-term customer relationships.\n \n \n As our CDL-A Driver Recruiter, you'll own the driver recruiting pipeline for our fleet, working closely with Operations and Safety to keep us staffed with qualified professional drivers.
You'll be measured on qualified candidates, completed orientations, successful hires, and most importantly — driver retention.\n \n \n & \n\n Recruit CDL-A company drivers and Owner-Operators/Independent Contractors through Indeed, social media, referrals, trucking groups, driver databases, and industry networks.\n Build and maintain an active pipeline rather than relying only on inbound applications; re-engage past applicants when new opportunities open up.\n\n \n & \n\n Conduct phone screenings evaluating driving experience, employment history, equipment experience, safety history, and fit.\n Clearly explain our lanes, equipment, home-time expectations, compensation, and requirements to candidates.\n\n \n \n\n Work with Safety and Compliance to confirm candidates meet DOT/FMCSA hiring requirements.\n Keep candidate records, statuses, and follow-up activity accurate in the ATS/CRM.\n\n \n & \n\n Partner with Operations and Dispatch on current fleet needs and hiring priorities.\n Follow up with newly hired drivers and support early-stage retention alongside management.\n Flag recruiting trends, candidate objections, and competitor offers as you spot them.\n\n \n ' \n \n\n Experience in recruiting, transportation, trucking, logistics, sales, or another high-volume candidate-facing role.\n Strong understanding of the U.S.
trucking industry.\n Excellent phone communication and relationship-building skills — comfortable talking routes, equipment, and compensation with a professional driver.\n Strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage a high volume of leads without losing candidates.\n Comfortable with ATS/CRM systems, job boards, spreadsheets, and online communication tools.\n Strong written and spoken English.\n\n \n \n\n 2+ years of CDL-A driver recruiting experience, OTR and/or regional.\n Experience recruiting Owner-Operators or Independent Contractors.\n Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA driver qualification requirements.\n Experience with Tenstreet, Driver Pulse, TruckRight, or similar platforms.\n Candidates with additional language proficiency, particularly in Russian, Uzbek, or Tajik, are encouraged to apply.\n\n \n & \n\n Competitive market-rate compensation based on experience, trucking industry knowledge, and demonstrated recruiting performance.\n Performance-based incentives for recruiters who consistently bring in qualified drivers and contribute to strong driver retention.\n High-performing recruiters will have the opportunity to earn above the standard market level based on results and impact.\n Full compensation structure, incentives, and applicable benefits will be discussed individually during the interview process.\n\n \n \n A successful recruiter here responds to leads fast, builds real trust with drivers, and knows the difference between generating applications and making hires that stick.
