Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Sandblaster to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience with abrasive blasting, surface preparation, and industrial equipment, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

Operate sandblasting/abrasive blasting equipment safely and efficiently

Prepare metal and other surfaces for painting, coating, or finishing

Remove rust, paint, scale, dirt, and other contaminants

Inspect surfaces and ensure proper preparation standards are met

Maintain blasting equipment and work areas

Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements

Assist with general shop duties as needed

Qualifications

Previous sandblasting or industrial painting experience preferred

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

Strong attention to detail

Reliable attendance and a good work ethic

Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions

We are a powder coating and Cerakote company. From old rusty parts to new fabrications, we strip rust, paint, and scale, then blast everything clean to ensure proper preparation before coating.
