Registered Nurse

Essential duties and responsibilities:\n\n Perform physical examinations, records and documents physical findings within the EMR System (NextGen), reviews data along with health history to formulate a definitive diagnosis based on patient’s condition.\n Orders, interprets and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient’s clinical problems and healthcare needs\n Prescribe pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies.

Review and evaluates treatments to determine success\n Collaborate with integrated healthcare team to determine a comprehensive patient healthcare plan\n Refers patient to other healthcare practitioners for consultations or specialized health resources for treatment as appropriate\n Educate on treatment or healthcare needs to patient and patients' family\n Assist in the oversight of support personnel with clinical guidance\n Performs other duties assigned by employer from time to time that are commensurate with professional services, normally and customarily, performed by a physician.\n\n \n Requirements\n\n Current unencumbered State of Colorado Medical Practitioner Licensure\n Current unrestricted DEA License\n\n
