As a chef-driven restaurant specializing in elevated Farm to Table, From Scratch cuisine, we are looking for a talented individual to join our team and help us deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Daily Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards

Ensure proper plate presentation and portion control

Utilize scratch cooking techniques to create delicious dishes

Demonstrate excellent knife skills for various cooking techniques

Execute grilling, sautéing, frying, and other cooking methods with precision

Required Skills:

Pasta Making: Experience in preparing fresh pasta dishes

Plate Presentation: Skill in presenting dishes attractively

Scratch Cooking: Proficiency in cooking from scratch using fresh ingredients

Portion Control: Understanding of portion sizes and control

Nice to Have Skills:

Degree in Culinary Arts

Experience with batch cooking and a la carte service

Knowledge of breakfast, soup making, pastry making, and dietary restrictions

Experience in line cooking and back of house operations

Familiarity with special diets and fryer operations

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $48,000.00

Maximum Salary: $60,000.00
