Maintenance Technician I - Anticipated for the School

Maintenance Technician IUnder the direction of Manager, Maintenance & Operations, performs routine and emergency repairs to insure proper and safe operations of District and/or school site facilities; maintains assigned buildings and related facilities in a clean, safe, sanitary and orderly condition; performs building, plumbing and equipment maintenance; janitorial services; and grounds keeping; Actual assigned duties may vary by location and particular work site needs.

Priorities for special projects will be set with the assistance of the Manager, Maintenance & Operations.Copy of High School Diploma must be attached for consideration.Cover letter, Reference Letters, and Resume must be attached for consideration.

- At least one reference letter must be provided by a current supervisor.
