Manufacturing & CNC Supervisor (Millwork/Cabinetry)

Our client is seeking qualified and experienced CNC Programmer and Manufacturing Supervisor candidates for great opportunity with growing custom cabinetry company in the Columbus, OH area. The company creates custom design and build architectural millwork and cabinetry for luxury, high-end homes.

Summary:

The Construction Manager is a hands-on shop leader responsible for CNC routing and overseeing the assembly of custom cabinetry. This role leads a small production team (typically 2–4 people) and ensures cabinetry components are machined accurately, assembled efficiently, and built to high-end quality standards. The ideal candidate is experienced running a CNC router, comfortable with G-code programming, and fluent in cabinetry/millwork software used to support production. Reports to General Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate and oversee CNC routing for custom cabinetry components

Create, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs (including G-code) to support production needs

Use Cabinet Vision, AlphaCAM, and/or similar software to support CNC machining and production workflow

Lead and coordinate daily assembly work to ensure quality and on-time completion

Supervise and support a small team (typically 2–4 employees) and provide direction, coaching, and accountability

Ensure cabinetry is built to high standards for highly customized, luxury residential projects

Maintain organized workflow between CNC machining and assembly to support efficient production

Requirements:

5+ years CNC router setup and machining experience in a cabinetry or architectural millwork environment

G-code programming ability

Experience with AlphaCAM and Cabinet Vision, or CabinetWare, 20/20, or similar industry-specific software

Strong knowledge of highly customized cabinet construction methods

Ability to lead and manage a small team (people skills and shop leadership)
