Responsibilities

Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients with cardiac conditions in an outpatient setting

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including obtaining medical histories, performing physical exams, and monitoring vital signs

Educate patients and their families on cardiac conditions and treatment plans.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations

Act as a patient advocate, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring their needs are met

Adhere to professional standards of nursing practice and code of ethics
