Job Summary:

Arabella Health & Wellness of Carrabelle, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to our residents, administering medications, performing treatments, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities:

Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment

Direct the day-to-day tasks of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

Encourage an atmosphere of optimism, warmth, and sincere concern for each resident

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our residents

Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care conferences to ensure continuity of care

Must be able to pass level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status.

Qualifications:

Valid LPN nursing license in Florida

Current CPR certification

PCC PointClickCare software experience preferred

Must be able to pass level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status
