Job Summary:

Blossom ABA Therapy, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Battlement Mesa, CO. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality therapy services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our evidence-based approach has been proven to effectively address a range of challenges, including sensory processing, language acquisition, social skills, personal care skills, self-injurious behaviors, and academic mastery.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children with ASD under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Implement individualized treatment plans, using evidence-based methods to address targeted behaviors

Collect and record data on client progress, creating accurate and detailed reports for BCBA review

Collaborate with BCBA to develop and modify treatment plans as needed

Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment, adhering to Blossom ABA Therapy's policies and procedures

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care

Requirements:

Must be a high school graduate or equivalent

Must possess a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
