Senior Full Stack .NET Developer (.NET Core, React, Azure, Power BI)

Seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to design, develop, modernize, and support enterprise applications and reporting solutions for large-scale government and healthcare initiatives. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional IT teams to deliver scalable, secure, cloud-enabled solutions using .NET Core, React JS, SQL Server, Oracle, Power BI, and Azure technologies.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in full-stack application development, legacy modernization, cloud platforms, Oracle-to-SQL Server migrations, DevOps automation, and enterprise reporting within government or regulated environments.Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET Core and C#.

Build modern frontend applications using React JS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Develop RESTful APIs and backend services.

Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, and functions.

Perform Oracle database integration and legacy data migration to SQL Server.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and data models.

Design and deploy cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure.

Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.

Troubleshoot production issues across the full technology stack.

Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and defect resolution.

Convert legacy applications into modern web-based solutions.

Transform and migrate legacy data into new enterprise platforms.

Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Prepare technical specifications, solution designs, architecture diagrams, and operational documentation.

Mentor junior developers and promote coding standards and best practices.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and release planning.

Monitor application performance, security, availability, and scalability.

Support DevOps, governance, and production deployment activities.Required Skills:

Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.

Minimum 6 years of experience supporting Texas State Agencies or other State Healthcare Agencies.

Experience working within government or other regulated environments.Preferred Qualifications:

8+ years supporting enterprise government or healthcare systems.

Experience leading enterprise modernization initiatives.

Experience mentoring development teams.

Experience designing scalable cloud-native enterprise applications.
