Office ManagerMor Smiles – Lititz, Pennsylvania

Mor Smiles is seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice in Lititz, PA.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys running operations, improving systems, and helping a practice perform at a high level—not just managing the front desk.

The Office Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the practice runs efficiently, supporting the team, and helping maintain strong operational and financial performance.

For the right person, this role also provides an opportunity to grow into broader operational leadership responsibilities as the organization continues to expand.

Compensation$60,000 – $70,000 per year

Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus performance bonuses tied to office profitability.

Team members who help drive strong practice performance will participate in monthly bonus opportunities.

ScheduleFull-time position

Five days per week

This role requires a consistent leadership presence in the office to support staff, maintain systems, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Key ResponsibilitiesPractice Operations

• Oversee daily office operations

• Ensure the schedule is productive and organized

• Maintain strong systems and workflows throughout the office

• Identify inefficiencies and implement operational improvements

Team Leadership

• Support and guide the front office and clinical teams

• Maintain clear expectations and accountability

• Help foster a positive and professional team culture

• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training team members

Financial Performance

• Monitor practice performance including production, collections, and profitability

• Support systems that improve treatment acceptance and collections

• Maintain organization with insurance and financial coordination processes

Patient Experience

• Ensure patients receive a professional, organized, and welcoming experience

• Address patient concerns when needed

• Support systems that improve communication and patient satisfaction

Preferred Experience• Dental office management experience preferred

• Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software

• Strong understanding of dental scheduling and insurance systems

• Experience leading or managing a team

• Background in operations or business management is a plus
