Forklift Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to operate sit-down forklifts, including single and double forklifts, to safely move, load, unload, and organize materials throughout the warehouse or facility.

Responsibilities:

Operate single and double sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently.

Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the facility.

Stack, retrieve, and organize pallets and products.

Inspect forklifts before and after each shift and report any issues.

Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Verify product quantities, labels, and pallet conditions.

Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors.

Qualifications:

Previous forklift experience preferred.

Experience operating single and double sit-down forklifts.

Valid forklift certification or willingness to complete company training.

Ability to lift and move materials as required.

Strong attention to safety and detail.

Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team.
