- Practice in Skilled Nursing (SNF) and Assisted Living, (ALF) facilities

- Lots of autonomy

-Regular office-hour schedule with ability to leave once patients are seen and responsibilities finished, can be well before 5:00pm.

- No call

-Typically cover one facility per day

- AI for instant, intuitive charting

- RVU based compensation; 16-20 patients per day = $265-$315k annually (on a full-time basis)

- Medical, dental, 401k, etc

- Cover two facilities in Pinehurst and travel down toward Raeford/Lumberton for the remainder
