Experienced Crane Operator

Job Description

Smiley Lifting Solutions runs one of the most varied fleets in Arizona on both our taxi fleet mobile cranes and long term project job sites. If you want steady work, well-maintained equipment, and lifts that keep things interesting, we want to talk to you.

What you'll do

Operate Boom Trucks, All Terrain Mobile Cranes, or Crawler Cranes on commercial or industrial job sites

Perform daily inspections and keep your machine in top condition

Review lift plans, load charts, and site conditions before every pick

Work with riggers and signal persons to make every lift safe and clean

Help set up, assemble, and break down equipment on site

What we're looking for

Current NCCCO or NCCER certification (or equivalent) for the equipment you run

Proven experience operating cranes on active jobsites

Solid understanding of load charts, rigging, and signaling

A clean safety record and a professional attitude

Valid CDL License
