Construction / Data Center General Laborer

Job Description

We are currently hiring Construction Laborers, General Laborers, Helpers, Material Handlers, and Entry-Level Construction Workers for a project in Hubbard, Texas.

This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to gain experience in commercial construction and data center construction. Candidates with experience around cable tray, busway/busduct, electrical work, material handling, fire watch, or construction sites are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Assist skilled tradesmen and construction crews with daily jobsite activities

Move, stage, and organize construction materials and equipment

Assist with installation of cable tray, busway, busduct, and related materials

Load and unload materials and tools

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Assist with general construction and data center installation activities

Serve as an equipment or vehicle spotter when needed

Perform fire watch duties when assigned

Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements

Wear required PPE and follow OSHA/jobsite safety procedures

Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications

Construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred

Experience as a construction laborer, helper, electrical helper, electrical apprentice, material handler, or spotter is a plus

Experience with cable tray, busway, busduct, or data center construction is highly preferred

Ability to lift and move construction materials

Ability to work on your feet for extended periods

Reliable transportation to the Hubbard, TX jobsite

Ability to work safely in an active construction environment

Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team

OSHA 10 or other construction safety certifications are a plus
