We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Crane Operator (NCCCO) to join our team in Montgomery, AL, 36117. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of cranes for various construction and industrial projects. Operate cranes to lift, move, and position loads in accordance with project specifications.

Conduct pre-operation inspections to ensure equipment is in safe working condition.

Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

Communicate effectively with ground crew and other team members to coordinate lifts.

Maintain accurate logs of crane operations and any maintenance performed.

Assist in training and mentoring junior operators and crew members.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on crane equipment as needed. Qualifications

Valid Crane Operator Certification (NCCCO or equivalent).

Proven experience operating various types of cranes (e.g., mobile, tower, overhead).

Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in crane operation.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

Physical stamina and strength to perform the duties of the job.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in heavy machinery operation is a plus.
