UAE Store Management: Minimum 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day retail store operations and ensure smooth business performance.

Lead, supervise, and develop store teams to achieve sales and operational targets.

Monitor sales, inventory, stock replenishment, and product availability.

Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards.

Manage store KPIs, budgets, and operational costs.

Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and supply chain teams.

Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and merchandising standards.

Analyze store performance and implement improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Minimum 5-7 years of relevant retail/FMCG experience.

FMCG Nutrition background is mandatory.

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Store Manager in the UAE.

Strong experience in retail operations, team management, inventory, and sales.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

UAE retail market experience is essential.
