Marshfield Medical Center - Park Falls is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join their well-established rural health center in Park Falls, Wisconsin. This traditional practice provides both outpatient and inpatient care within a collegial and supportive care team environment. National Health Service Corps (NHSC) approved site

Join a collegial group of 2 other physicians and 4 APPs

Work closely with all departments and a well-supportive care team, including RNs who are wound care trained

Multiple specialty providers frequently rotate onsite

Clinic, dental center, and critical access hospital (10 beds) are located on the same campus

Responsibilities

Provide traditional outpatient and inpatient care

Lead a community health project (Option B)

Be involved in medical education and research

Shift & Schedule

Call is a 1:3 rotation for the hospital

Nurse line is 1st call for outpatient (Phone call only)

Option A: Full Time Clinical Role

Option B: Full Time Clinical (80%) and Community Project Engagement (20%)

20% protected time for three years for a physician to lead a community health project
