Location: Whitewater, WI

Pay Rate: $19.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are looking for a Powder Coat Painter to join our team in Whitewater. This position is responsible for preparing metal parts, applying powder coating, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and hang parts for coating

Apply powder coating using spray equipment

Inspect finished products for quality and consistency

Operate curing ovens and follow production specifications

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

Previous powder coating, industrial painting, or manufacturing experience preferred

Strong attention to detail

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift

Reliable and safety-conscious
