As part of our growing team, you will partner with business leaders across multiple industries, delivering practical HR solutions that drive business success and employee engagement.What You'll Do

Serve as the primary HR consultant for a portfolio of clients.

Provide guidance on employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR best practices.

Lead full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives.

Support onboarding, employee development, retention, and engagement programs.

Assist clients with policy development, handbook updates, and HR process implementation.

Conduct workplace investigations and resolve employee relations matters.

Facilitate training programs and leadership development initiatives.

Support compensation, organizational development, and compliance projects as needed.

Partner with executives and managers to align people strategies with business goals.What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field.

5+ years of progressive HR experience.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting skills.

Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.

Experience with HRIS, payroll, or ADP platforms is a plus.Why AGC?
