Compensation: $86,465.60/year, plus $0.50/hour (afternoons) and $0.75/hour (overnights); overtime eligible

Shifts: Adapt across 8-hour, 10-hour, or rotating 12-hour schedules to support 24/7 operations How You’ll Make It Happen

Lead with Safety: Apply Diageo’s health, safety, environmental, and food safety standards; maintain Safe Systems of Work and a 5S-aligned workplace.

Plan the Work: Execute all assigned PPM at the required cadence and quality; document thoroughly in SAP and participate in SIC.

Fix the Root Cause: Use 5 Whys, RCPS, and weekly RCM reviews to eliminate repeat failures; bring forward ideas early in the equipment lifecycle.

Elevate the Team: Coach operators in autonomous maintenance and setup optimization; collaborate with TLS and cross-functional partners to grow asset care capability.

Improve the System: Apply MMS principles, tools, and techniques; contribute positively to MMS ITFs and attend Tier 1 meetings with clear follow-through.

Enable Growth: Support capital installation, commissioning, and testing; manage personal information and goals in Workday (e.g., P4G). What You Bring

Apprenticeship or mechanical/electrical degree preferred; HNC or equivalent in FMCG is advantageous

5+ years in manufacturing maintenance with strong electromechanical capability

Numerical/verbal reasoning and solid digital fluency

Continuous improvement orientation and robust problem-solving skills

Self-driven, dependable teammate with the courage to challenge non-adherence

Positive, flexible response to change; proactive in surfacing issues Bonus Skills

Knowledge of Quality/H&S/Environmental risk standards and hygiene compliance

Hands-on experience with SAP and Harford Technical Strengths

Complex equipment troubleshooting

Electrical schematic literacy

Conveyor chain replacement

Hydraulics and pneumatics fault-finding

Electrical/electronic systems and high-voltage awareness

Equipment installation, wiring, and startup Working Conditions

Exposure to indoor/outdoor environments, temperature swings, wet/slippery areas, and loud noise

Operate around moving machinery and vehicles; maintain vigilance

Extended standing, walking, climbing, bending; repetitive motions
