NOW HIRING: NON-CDL TRUCK DRIVER

RisLee Transportation LLC is currently seeking a dependable, safety-conscious, and professional Non-CDL Truck Driver to join our growing transportation team.

We are looking for a driver who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of on-time deliveries, communicates effectively with dispatch, and treats company equipment and customers with care and professionalism.

POSITION: NON-CDL DRIVER FOR A 26-FOOT BOX TRUCK

Company: RisLee Transportation LLC

Location: East Coast, preferably Southeast

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Based on assigned routes and loads

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Safely operate company truck and equipment in compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations.

Transport and deliver freight safely and efficiently to assigned locations.

Be able to load and unload freight using a pallet jack.

Arrive at pickup and delivery appointments on time.

Maintain consistent communication with dispatch regarding load status, delays, traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances that may affect delivery.

Complete all required shipping, delivery, inspection, and company paperwork accurately and timely.

Conduct required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

Properly secure and protect cargo in accordance with applicable requirements.

Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the assigned truck and equipment.

Immediately report accidents, damage, mechanical problems, traffic incidents, or other safety-related issues to management and/or dispatch.

Follow all company procedures when an accident, breakdown, or other incident occurs, including providing requested documentation and photographs when applicable.

Maintain compliance with Hours of Service (HOS), DOT regulations, and company safety policies.

Represent RisLee Transportation LLC professionally when interacting with customers, shippers, receivers, and the public.

Perform other duties related to transportation and delivery operations as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Valid Driver’s License

Safe driving record.

Current DOT medical certification, as required.

Ability to legally operate commercial motor vehicles.

At least 1 year of experience preferred.

Strong communication skills.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Ability to follow dispatch instructions and company procedures.

Ability to safely inspect and operate commercial vehicle equipment.

Professional attitude and appearance.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Must demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

COMPENSATION

Pay: 20% of weekly gross
