Inpatient Rehab Census: 18-20 patients per day

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible - PM&R

Comfortable in inpatient rehab setting

Compensation Overview

Full-Time (W2):

Guaranteed base salary:

Staff Physician: $180,000

Medical Director: $200,000

Bonus Structure:

Once threshold met, 70% of billings

Average total compensation: $230,000 - $425,000+

Part-Time:

1099 directly through hiring entity
