The Plumber will install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, valves, and drainage systems in residential and commercial properties.

Daily responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing routine and preventive maintenance, and ensuring all work complies with relevant codes and safety standards.

The role involves interacting with customers, explaining work performed, providing estimates, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

The Plumber will also collaborate with team members, use appropriate tools and equipment, and complete documentation related to service calls and projects.\nQualifications\n\n Strong plumbing knowledge and hands-on experience with installation, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.\n Ability to work with various pipe materials and fittings, including cutting, joining, and replacing pipes.\n Experience in maintenance & repair and general maintenance for residential and commercial plumbing systems.\n Effective customer service skills, including clear communication, professionalism, and respect for customer property.\n Relevant trade license or certification as required by local regulations; apprenticeship or vocational training in plumbing is preferred.\n Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, codes, and specifications.\n Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces, with adherence to safety practices.\n Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites in and around Lafayette, LA.\n
