Hiring: Outside Sales Representative

Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX

Salary: $85,000 – $95,000/yr + Commission

Schedule: Full-time Remote

Central Texas Recruiting is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to develop new business and grow an established customer base for a leading provider of specialty building components. This role focuses on commercial and residential construction markets and requires a highly motivated sales professional who is comfortable prospecting, developing relationships, generating quotes, and spending significant time on the road visiting customers throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect for new business within an assigned territory

Maintain and grow an existing account base

Generate quotes based on architectural drawings

Review orders with internal departments and contractors

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships

Travel approximately four to five days per week to visit customers

Use a personal vehicle for regular territory travel

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience

Experience with architectural glass or metal products preferred

Construction sales experience helpful

Strong spoken and written English communication skills

Self-motivated and career-oriented

Positive, professional approach to customer relationships

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Ability to travel regularly throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area
