Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Guidewire ProducerEngage / Jutro Lead Consultant to design and deliver modern digital insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on expertise in Producer Engage, Jutro, React, and TypeScript with strong technical leadership and solution design capabilities

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire ProducerEngage / Jutro applications.

Build responsive and reusable UI components using React and TypeScript.

Configure Jutro pages, layouts, workflows, themes, and components.

Integrate digital applications with PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter through REST APIs.

Lead solution design, technical discussions, code reviews, and troubleshooting.

Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices.

Support CI/CD, releases, deployments, monitoring, and production support.

Collaborate with Product, Business, Architecture, QA, and Engineering teams.

Own technical delivery and lead multiple initiatives concurrently.

Required Skills

Guidewire ProducerEngage / Digital Portals

Guidewire Jutro Framework

React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+)

HTML5, CSS3 / SCSS

REST APIs and integrations

Git and CI/CD practices

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Agile / Scrum experience

Required Certification

Guidewire Jutro Associate Certified Developer

Preferred Experience

P&C Insurance domain experience

Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter integrations

Experience with CI/CD and automated deployment pipelines

Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and production support

Experience with Guidewire Cloud and Digital applications
