Pay

$24,000~$32,000 per month

Salary Details

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Premium Compensation: $1,500 – $2,000 daily rate (negotiable).

Incentive Structure: 25% – 30% Net Production (based on variables to be discussed during the interview).

General Dentistry

Licensed dentist

Education: Doctoral degree (DDS or DMD) from an accredited dental school.

Licensure: Active Ohio Dental License.

Clinical Skills: Advanced proficiency in anterior restorations and high-quality crown/bridge work.

Urgency: Ability to attend a paid working interview on short notice.

Job Description

Deliver high-quality restorative care, including aesthetic anterior work.

Execute precise crown and bridge preparations with a focus on long-term clinical outcomes.

Lead patient consultations with a comprehensive approach to oral health.

Collaborate with a high-performing team to maintain the practices standard of excellence.
