Licensed dentist

Molar Root Canals

Tooth Extractions

Active and unrestricted dental license in Virginia.

Proficiency with common dental procedures (examinations, fillings, extractions, root canals).

Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.

Effective communication skills, both with patients and team members.

Experience using dental records management software (preferably Dentrix).

Meticulous attention to detail and superior organizational skills.

Commitment to maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Ability to commute or relocate to Alexandria, VA 22312 prior to employment start.

Job Description

Perform a full range of dental procedures, including exams, fillings, extractions, and root canals.

Create customized treatment plans and communicate them clearly to patients.

Take and interpret dental images, including X-rays and CT scans.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using dental software such as Dentrix.

Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.

Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a sterile clinical environment.

Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff for efficient patient care.

Exhibit excellent chairside manner, addressing patient concerns and building trust.

Stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
