Job Details

Position: Registered Nurse – Interventional Radiology (Travel RN)

Employment Type: Travel Nursing

Schedule: 5x8-hour day shifts, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Shift Duration: 8 Hour Days

Duration: 13 weeks

Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,520 - $2,650

Start Date: 11/2/2026

Location: Columbus, OH 43210

Setting: Interventional Radiology ambulatory/inpatient procedures

Call: No call required

Float: May be required to bedside procedures

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of Registered Nurse (RN) experience required

Interventional Radiology RN and/or PICC procedural experience preferred

Epic experience required

Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

Valid compact or state RN license in hand at time of submission

Previous travel nursing experience required

Strong procedural knowledge, including sterile technique and sedation monitoring

Education from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

Support interventional radiology and special procedures in an ambulatory/inpatient environment

Assist with central line insertion and management

Circulate and scrub procedures as needed

Monitor procedural sedation and administer/reverse medications appropriately

Assist with chest tube placement, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and non-tunneled line placement

Start and maintain IV access and support patient readiness for procedures

Perform infection prevention and isolation precautions in a procedural setting

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver safe, efficient patient care
