Machine Operator

Job Description

Location: Lebanon, Ohio

We are seeking dependable Machine Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Lebanon, Ohio. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, inspecting finished parts, and maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Operate assigned production machinery and equipment

Load and unload parts and materials

Follow work instructions and production procedures

Complete required production and quality documentation

Meet daily production and efficiency goals

Report equipment problems or safety concerns to a supervisor

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Follow all safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment

Perform other production duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or machine-operating experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and quality

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Ability to lift and move materials as required

Dependable attendance and reliable transportation

Willingness to follow all safety and production procedures
